WHAT IS CLARITY OF PRESENCE? HOW CAN IT HELP ME?

Clarity of Presence is your own felt embodied experience of knowing what is true or right for you. I find that when I am sitting with someone and I am in Clarity of Presence it naturally supports the other person find their own. Then the answers, insights, empowerment and wellbeing has a chance to arise and land in our shared field of awareness.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

If you can, take some time to sit quietly or meditate and feel into what you really want out of the session. If you have any questions or thoughts that you'd like some clarity on, jot them down on paper and bring them with you. I find this helps the mind feel prepared and is more able to relax and let go when we begin the session with presence.

WHAT MAY I EXPECT FROM MY SESSION?

My intention is to help you gain clarity of yourself and your current life experience. I offer a safe space for you to  explore what may be creating resistance to your next step. My approach is honest, practical, light and direct. You will always be supported to remain in your autonomy and observer of your experience.

WHAT IS SELF-ENQUIRY?

Self-enquiry, also spelled self-inquiry, is the constant attention to the inner awareness of "I" or "I am" recommended by Ramana Maharshi as the most efficient and direct way of discovering the unreality of the "I"-thought. This means taking responsibility for our beliefs, choices, and perceptions, rather than blaming others or the world. It involves a willingness to question ourselves when challenged or threatened, rather than immediately defending ourselves. Mindful self-enquiry is opening to what is happening in the present moment rather than trying to fix how we feel or who we are.

WHAT IS FOCUSING AND SOUL SOMATIC EXPERIENCING?

These are somatic (relating to the body) processes of self awareness in which you become aware of the subtle level of knowing that speaks to you through your body or "felt sense". It is the ability to stay with this felt sense as it develops. To look at it with curiosity and without judgement. It is the ability to welcome what comes, to maintain a friendly attitude to whatever is inside you. To learn to trust this as it guides you to your own truth and healing.
